Ok, went to my doctor to discus my blood work. I was there two weeks ago, nurse weighed me I lost four more pounds!! Woo Hoo! My bad cholesterol is a little high he said but just wants to check it in 4 months at this point. He said work on diet and exercise.
The down side, now I am in a two week break from school so no regular exercise routine. I can tell this is gonna blow already. I hate long periods without a regular routine. I always end up wasting my time on useless stuff. I get in a funky mood like a depression, and then I can barely get it together to take a shower each day let alone accomplish anything.
