OK so I am getting started late in the realm of fitness. Or maybe I am not, maybe I see otherwise. I am 39 and overweight, about 235 presently, two Christmas"s ago I was at my peek of 260.
For the last year and a half I have been exercising a little and restraining myself at the dinner table a bit. For the last month I have been working as a Physical Education Assistant at a small combined Jr/Sr High School. While I have not lost weight per say, my belly has shrunk. I guess its turning into muscle.
Going to start pushing myself and my son on better eating and more exercise. Hes kinda chunky for 10, I love ya big guy! We went for a nice 30 minute brisk walk in the dark snow tonight. Bought some healthy cereal and a multivitamin as well as Fish Oil. The extra vitamins and exercise should also help with our ADD.
Ordered a book by Dr Daniel Amen, I will let you know what I think of it when it shows up
